Voice says "The bomb is nearing the check point!". I'm not sure if this is the same problem, but I am having TF2 crashĪt what seems haphazard intervals. When you have a compressed log, you can tell me the size here and I'll find a place where you can upload it or send it to. The log should compress very well with most compression algorithms(I usually use bzip2). The trouble is that turning on logging makes games horribly slow, and the log can grow quite large(multiple gigabytes is quite common). In the log channel field write "+d3d9,+d3d,+d3d_surface,+d3d_shader,+seh", and run Steam and then the game. Select the Steam.exe, and pull down the extended options. You can do that by running Steam via Programs->Run command. If you want to do me a favor, try to run Steam with 7.2 again and turn on logging. We realized that we don't have a single mac with this card in our office, and there's no way to buy one(well, maybe Ebay). We want to fix that problem, but our problem is that the Intel GMA X3100 macs have been superceded by new ones with Geforce 9400 cards. I recommend to wait a few hours and maybe try again tomorrow. Steam works here, but there are many servers around the world, so there can be differences. (PS: I know this is the forum, but the Support Ticket thing isn't working for me) Thank you, and as of now, any information will help a lot. Is there a estimated release date of when the next update will be out? And will it fix TF2? Since TF2 is one of the most pledged/voted. I bought Cross Over strictly for Team Fortress 2, and if TF2 doesn't work in the currently version, then I guess I can wait. So why offer the download if people can't use it?Īnd is the current version having problems playing TF2? As I know that TF2 has a memory leak, but this shouldn't be the case.Īre there any troubleshooting solutions I can try? (Besides re-downloading) Should I try to put some kind of in-game console command or launch option? If so, what's the code? So, now when I try to download the 7.0.0 version, it forces me to update. I think the demo I was using was 7.0.0 or 7.0.1. Instead, it froze on me only 2-4 minutes into a game. So I thought that once I'm in the server, it would correct itself. Now, when I try and play TF2, there is a lot of sound skipping. When I played Cross Over Games demo around 6 months ago, Team Fortress 2 worked. Lyn is the person who bought Cross Over for me. First if all, my name is not Lyn, it's Ty.
